The ukulele is gorgeous I was after something unique and this definitely was, I love the ombré and the wooden dolphin is such a cute sendiment. I love that you get to choose the style of the bag, I chose watermelon to go with the coloured uke which the bag is also of great quality, inside is soft so will protect the uke. The app you can download to help tune and learn songs is so handy too. The value for money was astounding for someone who is a beginner with a uke, the whole pack is so worth it for the price. Joel’s customer service is amazing he’s super helpful, if I need anything I’ll be coming back here ! Also the hand written notes are a great touch!

My ten year old daughter had been teaching herself a few chords on an old uke that was really more of a toy. We bought her a ukulele mate package and it has been amazing. I was impressed by the value, prompt delivery and prompt and easy to understand website. She adores the purple uke with its special case along with all the goodies (tuner etc). The quality of the instrument is perfect for a beginner and she is already delighting us with Nintendo songs on it!

This product was purchased for our 9 year old and she absolutely loves it. It was easy to order (lots of choices of colours and bags etc.), arrived super fast and was packaged very well (nice boxing if you are giving it for a gift). She loves the ombre purple colour and cool bag (she got the surf board one). It came with a whole bundle of extras as well as access to free online tutorials etc. This is little thinner and slightly lighter than our other ukelele so it is easy for her to hold and reach the strings easily.
All ukuleles under $1000 are made in China. There are a handful of instruments made in the USA/Australia but they come with a hefty price tag and aren't always worth the price. Each ukulele that leaves our warehouse will undergo a strict QC and setup process by our experienced staff. The setup process if fairly similar for all instruments but we will spend more time on the more expensive models. The budget models will receive all of the crucial checks but we won't spends as much time on things such as fretboard lemon oil.
We package the ukes extremely well with our own thick custom made boxes. Each year we ship thousands of ukuleles all across Australia and the world. We guarantee you will receive your uke in 100% perfect condition.
All orders before 4pm are dispatched same day. We choose the fastest courier based on your postcode. Over 80% of our orders arrive in 1-2 days. If you live in a rural area, it will take a couple of extra days, but we will make sure it's dispatched fast and with the best courier possible.
