Our warehouse is located in Lane Cove, Sydney. All orders before 3pm are shipped same day.

If you would like to pickup your order from our Lane Cove warehouse, choose pickup on the checkout page. We will have your order ready within the hour during weekdays 9am-5pm. Contact us by email or livechat if you have any questions.

We ship with Australia Post and Couriers Please. We choose whichever is faster to your postcode. Your product is insured and we will provide a tracking number as soon as it's dispatched. We dispatch fast, usually within a few hours of you placing the order.

We will use Australia Post to delivered to PO Boxes. We will also use Australia Post for the shipping of smaller items such as tuners, bags and strings. Australia Post will attempt to deliver to your home, if nobody is home, they will leave a parcel note and you will be able to collect your package from the local post office.

If you have special delivery instructions such as "leave on back porch" or "leave behind letterbox", you may contact us with your instructions and we will add these instructions to the delivery, so you get your parcel delivered exactly as requested.
