Easy to play no set up needed, has a great sound
I bought a baritone uke sight unseen, and then, unfortunately discovered that it was not really the instrument I was thinking of. This was entirely my own mistake, being too hasty. The folks at Ukulelemate were superb, and agreed to a return on those grounds without hesitation. The delivery was swift; the goods in perfect condition, and everything about the service top notch. The unboxing was great, the instrument was so very well packed, nothing short of a real bad accident would have damaged it.Only mishap was a broken string when I tuned it in, that was changed and the uke is coming good as the strings stretch.A solid top gives the instrument a beautiful tone, and the gloss finish is just great.Ukulelemate is a great firm to deal with, their concern over the broken string was genuine,and a great support team helped in every way they could. The package deal was incredible so for anyone wanting to buy a ukulele I would highly recommend Ukulelemate the way to go.

Each ukulele that leaves our warehouse will undergo a strict QC and setup process by our experienced staff. The setup process if fairly similar for all instruments but we will spend more time on the more expensive models. The budget models will receive all of the crucial checks but we won't spends as much time on things such as fretboard lemon oil.
We package the ukes extremely well with our own thick custom made boxes. Each year we ship thousands of ukuleles all across Australia and the world. We guarantee you will receive your uke in 100% perfect condition.
All orders before 4pm are dispatched same day. We choose the fastest courier based on your postcode. Over 80% of our orders arrive in 1-2 days. If you live in a rural area, it will take a couple of extra days, but we will make sure it's dispatched fast and with the best courier possible.
