Got mine just before Christmas and super impressed with it. It's toughness was well tested over Christmas after being thrown around in the back of the car for two weeks holiday (without its case) and often left in the heat. (Australian summer) On top of that it survived perfectly my 2yr old grandson plus being passed around all the family and kids on Christmas and New Years days. Not a mark on it except some grubby fingerprints that don't even stand out on the blue. Love the look and feel of it and it sounds good too. It now goes everywhere with me. The strap is good quality and the extras are great.

What a great little ukulele package!! I bought this because I “needed” another uke for the caravan and road tripping. I thought I’d try a carbon fibre one, in a soprano for its compact size and robust construction. I got this really cute little ukulele and package with matching case, strap and capo, extra strings, a tuner, and lots of other goodies all rolled into one very nice sounding ukulele that is everything it promised and more!! The delivery was prompt, and it all arrived in great shape. Going to my 6 yr old granddaughter’s birthday party with it on the weekend, and I can’t wait!! I received my uke promptly a few weeks ago. I was a bit hesitant to choose something so different looking at first, but i find it is so pretty and has such a nice sound that I find it's a pleasure to pull out of its case so I find I am practising a lot. And such a cute colour-coordinated capo <3

Each ukulele that leaves our warehouse will undergo a strict QC and setup process by our experienced staff. The setup process if fairly similar for all instruments but we will spend more time on the more expensive models. The budget models will receive all of the crucial checks but we won't spends as much time on things such as fretboard lemon oil.
We package the ukes extremely well with our own thick custom made boxes. Each year we ship thousands of ukuleles all across Australia and the world. We guarantee you will receive your uke in 100% perfect condition.
All orders before 4pm are dispatched same day. We choose the fastest courier based on your postcode. Over 80% of our orders arrive in 1-2 days. If you live in a rural area, it will take a couple of extra days, but we will make sure it's dispatched fast and with the best courier possible.
