The goodies bag is really great. I certainly won't use everything but it was for free and as a beginner, I am very grateful🙏
The only thing I don't really like is the strap. I prefer to purchase my own separately from your other stock.

Lots of things in the bag. Some good and some not so. The bags are awesome. Well padded, great outside pocket and well made - 5 stars. Similarly, spare strings are great - 4 stars. Ukulele strap is not that impressive. I get the logic behind it, but not my thing. It also doesn't work on pineapple shaped ukuleles - 1 star. Felt picks, not a fan of them. Some people may like them - 3 stars. 68 page booklet is great. Well written and very useful for beginners - 4 stars. The tuner is good and meets Australian standards with the screw to keep the battery compartment secure - 4 stars. Now for the chord chart. I appreciate its inclusion and it's great except for one thing I found very annoying. I'm a left handed player and I play either a left handed ukulele or a right handed uke strung as left handed. They supplied a left handed chord chart which is wrong. It would only work for a left handed player playing a uke upside down. For the love of god, stop sending out left handed chord charts - 0 stars. The other stuff is all fine but largely unnecessary. More importantly, one only needs one set of these things. Maybe come up with a modified version of the goodie bag for repeat customers. The bag, strings and tuner are useful for each uke, but everything else is largely redundant.

I am quite upset with your company.I recently purchased a bondi oak soprano and ended up with two.The first payment appeared not to go through so i sent second payment which went through.I contacted your company to inform of this
To no avail.Communication with you from u.k is not good.Eventually i was informed by your company to send one back at my expense.This not the way to treat customers as this i beleive is not my fault.I certainly do not want two Bondi ukes and do not want the hastle and cost of sending one back.I thought you where a good company to deal and cared about customers

What a wonderful gift. A lot of extras to help you on the way. The ukulele strap takes the weight off your shoulders while offering that little bit extra freedom with movement. Holds the uke firmly in place. The soft bags offer great protection, are light and easy to carry . Love the patterns from which to choose. The plectrums are made of very good quality felt. Love the gold plated bookmark. I use it as decoration on my music stand. Booklet is very informative for beginners, offering tips on all products supplied. The tuner is easy to use & folds for easy transport. Polishing cloth is good size & easy to handle. The chord stamp is practice and easy to use. Such a generous gift. Thank you UkuleleMate.

I love my ukulele and the accessories give you a "head start." It's essential to have a tuner and I find this one to be very good. All the other Goodies are great too but my only criticism is with the ukulele strap. If I decided to wear one I would rather have the type that is attached to a button, even though I would need to have one put on my ukulele.
