Hi I have repaired an old cheap throw away Soprano Ukulele STAR brand made in china.
I have given it a new fretboard, nut, saddle and bridge and 4 new string machine winders so new strings were also purchased however I have a problem with intonation as when I glued the bridge it slipped towards the fretboard so I have had to modify the fitting with a compensating saddle. An I am yet to test the string lengths again for the Aquila Soprano A and G Strings purchased from UkuleleMAte

The Bondi Uke strings are great with a lovely tone, minimal stretching and easy to handle. Great for learners fingers as my students have found out. Would recommend these to all Uke players. Delivery time exceptional and amazing follow-up. Good job mate.
