The Arcadia Series by Bondi Ukuleles are one of the best value instruments we have ever played. Most ukuleles in the price range of $100-$400 will have some kind of compromise, they may look great but be poorly setup, they may lack the wow factor, they may lack the finishing touches, there always seems to be a shortcut taken from my experience.

They are perfectly built and have phenomenal playability with Japanese carbon strings. They also look gorgeous with an indigo pearl rosette, maple body binding and fretboard binding. The logo is inlayed which looks and feels way better than other ukes in this price range which use cheap stickers or screen printing.

I play in a fun 8 piece band with a great team. We travel for gigs and have a lot of fun. I recently was without my Kala Spruce Baritone for an event and was very grateful that the team at Ukulelemate were able to loan me a Bondi Arcadia Mahogany Baritone Electric for the gigs we had planned. I have tried a lot of Baritones since getting my Kala and this is the first where I was very comfortable with the stand in and was particularly happy with the Belcat which produced a great sound. I have a few Ukes already but plan to make this my next. The strings were quite unique and a relief after the metal strings I'm used to. While a lot lighter than my Kala, it’s also a lot lighter in price but did not compromise on sound. Definitely my next adoption into the quiver.
I am so pleased with my new Baritone ukulele! It has a beautiful warm tone and looks great, and is very resonant. Could not be happier!
It sounds great, is deeper in tone than standard uke, but that suits my voice better. Its about 6ins, 15cm longer overall than my concert uke & it is not hard to play. I love it.
I previously wrote a review on this Uke after it was loaned to me for a tour we did to SA while my Uke was being repaired. I explained in that review about how much I enjoyed playing it and how I missed it. Well no more it has come home and comes to all our Jams. It is remarkably light for the sound it produces and coupled with my Spark Amp it really sings. I often play smaller sets with one of our team with a 12 string and the combination on some of our soft rock numbers is awesome. Thanks to Ukulelemate for the introduction.

Each ukulele that leaves our warehouse will undergo a strict QC and setup process by our experienced staff. The setup process if fairly similar for all instruments but we will spend more time on the more expensive models. The budget models will receive all of the crucial checks but we won't spends as much time on things such as fretboard lemon oil.
