We purchased the 'Bondi Anthem Solid Body Cream Electric Ukulele' for our daughter, who is an avid ukuleist.

Purchased under a sale, we felt that the price-point was excellent. The delivery time was extremely swift and the packaging of the sent product was very protective and sturdy.

The ukulele itself looks incredible, second to none, and was the absolute highlight of our daughter's birthday gifts. Coupled with an amp, the uke's sound is elegant and crisp. We were very impressed with the matching coloured strap that was included in the bonus gift bag, as well as all of the other added accessories, including a compact tuner.

We had a slight problem with the tuner not turning off and John from Ukulele Mate jumped on-board, without any hesitation, and with much kindness and courtesy, to send us another one. He also went out of his way to send us a video on how to remove the protective plastic from under the uke's tuning and volume dials, which worked a treat.

This is not the first time that we've purchased from Ukulele Mate and it certainly won't be our last. They are a quality business, with quality, high-class products and service.

Have had it a few weeks now. It’s fantastic. I’m running it through pedals, chorus, compressor and Nux Queen of tone. The chorus does most of the sound. Intonation was normal to set up.
The uku group asked for it to be played at our open mike. I think they liked it, I certainly did.
Haven’t done the rock distortion thing, yet to be done.
Only concerns. The nut is that oily soft plastic type. While I’d never hear the difference, file adjustments gets difficult. Yes I used the beautiful Japanese files for that.
My main concern, the neck has no rod. They are in other electric Ukus. Maybe it has been established that it is not needed. Time will tell, but the strings ‘are’ light.
Again I think it is beautiful. Thank you.
Oh also the case is very good and the strap too.
Although I’m yet to use them, all the other bits and bobs are of high order too.

Extremely pleased with the service extended by UkuleleMate. I ordered another product from the one I finally bought. My original order was not in stock when I ordered it and through no fault of UkuleleMate, was taking too long to arrive. I recently surprised my husband with this electric ukulele for his birthday, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the purchase. He's always had a passion for music, guitar in particular, and this gift has brought so much joy into his life.My husband absolutely loves it. The look on his face when he opened the box was priceless. He couldn't stop admiring it. All of the accessories and gifts that it came with are wonderful.

I bought the Bondi anthem electric ukulele recently, and I really like it. It looks cool and feels solid. It's also easy to hold even though its a few kgs. When I play it, the sound is clean. It has a thing inside to connect to an amp or for recording stuff. Playing it is comfy, and the fretboard is easy to use. Overall, I think the Bondi Anthem is a great ukulele, perfect for players who wants something different. Id recommend it mainly to experienced uke players or guitar players looking for something new
