Our review

Aquila's Red® strings produce a deeper tone by changing the weight of the material rather than increasing its gauge. By keeping the gauge thinner and more consistent, Red® strings sound brighter and more powerful, and are more responsive across the entire fretboard. This also helps them stay in tune longer than thicker strings. The textured brown/red Red® strings have a very rich tone with a very loud projection.

Happy Happy Happy

I have said this before but the team at Ukulele Mate never leave you wanting or regretting.
Even a simple thing like strings for my Baritone uke seemed as important as if I were buying another instrument.
The red string series make such a difference to the tone and presence of my uke it just adds so much more pleasure whenever I play.
As always thanks for everything

Beautiful tone and feel

I have been a fan of the red series for a while now and love the tone and feel of these strings. I have also used these on my tenor with a low g string and they really made the playing experience more enjoyable.
