Very popular amongst the bluegrass and blues communities, the resonator ukulele is a little gem. This particular model is called a "Dobro" which is a single inverted-cone design. Instead of the usual wooden sound board in a traditional instrument, resonator ukes have a spun metal cone and are designed to be louder. Its got 2 "F-shaped" main sound holes either side of the fingerboard extension.
You can expect a different tone quality compared to the traditional wooden ukes, but we were surprised at how great they sound.
