Pay with credit card and your order will be processed immediately. There are no surcharges on credit card payments.
Can I use different details for payment and delivery?
Yes. At the final payment page you will see a checkbox thats says “ship to the same address”. Uncheck this box and add the shipping address.
The total delivery time for your order includes the processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time: All order placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are Dispatched same day. Your processing time is the time between when you place your order and when your order is dispatched by us.
If you order over the weekend, your order will be dispatched at 2pm on Monday.
Shipping Time: is the time taken from when your order leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you! Shipping times to all states are listed below.

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my product?
Yes, we allow this. Most companies wont allow this, but we are happy to provide this cooling off period. As long as the product is in brand new condition and hasn't been opened or used, we will allow you to return it. Please note that all returns are for the product only and don't include the shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
My product is damaged or not working properly. What do I do?
Sometimes the product you receive may have been damaged in transit or is not working properly. This is covered under our 12 Months warranty. Firstly please contact us, our support team may be able to help get your product working properly. If not, we will either repair the unit or send you a brand new one.
I want to cancel my order. Can I cancel it?
As long as the product has not been sent, we can cancel it and refund your money. Please contact us asap if you wish to cancel. If the item has been sent from our warehouse, please wait for the item to arrive, then we can organise a return.
Full 12 Months Warranty
All of our products are covered by a 12 Months warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any faulty items. The warranty does not cover against crash related damage.
If you are giving a product as a gift, the warranty will begin from the day the present is opened. For example - for all Christmas orders, the 12 Months warranty will begin on Christmas Day. Please leave a note in the comments section of the checkout with the date it will be given as a present
If you need to return a product, here's how to do it:
1. First, contact our support team so that we can assess your returns claim.
2. If a return is applicable, a unique Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued to you.
3. Our support team will give you all the details you require to complete the return.
4. Once an RMA number is issued, customers have 14 days to return the product back to our office. We will take care of the rest.
